International value theory is an important part of Labor value theory .The basic contents of Marx' s Labor value theory are suitable to both internal commodities in a country , and international commodities outside a country .Marx hadn' t left too many comments on international value , there are so many issues waiting us to research , for example , the formation of international value .With the development of international economic relations ,we should deepen the study on international value theory.

7 The Innovation on Value Theory and Ideological Emancipation in the New Century

In the late 20 years of 20 century ,China' s open policy has obtained great success , at the same time ,we have undergone ideological emancipation .We renew“two standards” ,we stablish the market -oriented reform aim and gradually come to know that non -public economic components are important parts of socialist market economy ,we put forward the distribution standard according to the contribution of productive factors , all these above are ideological emancipation .In the academic discussion ,we face an important problem ———how to treat the fact that no -labor factors participating in distribution and how to face private ownership and exploitation ?In this essay , the author put forwand the theory of general value which can resolve these theoretical problems .
