11 On Several Difficute Problems in Socialist Capital Theory

Capital is not a special economic category of capitalism , this is decided by market economy and labor's commodity property .Capital is a neutral category which has not inevitable relations with exploitation , but we can devide it into capitalist capital and socialist capital , or public capital and private capital .“Neutral capital” is not the same as tangible capital .Socialist capital theory has developedMarx' s capital theory ,not negated .
